SHIDEH SHARIFI
Shideh Sharifi founded Sharifi Law Firm, P.C. in 1999. She practices predominantly in the area of family law, handling divorce, custody, complex property division, adoption, premarital and postmarital agreements, child support, spousal maintenance, and enforcement cases. She has extensive litigation experience and is also a trained mediator. Shideh has an undergraduate bachelor of science degree in economics and finance. She has also did graduate work toward a Masters degree in Accounting while working as an accountant for an international freight forwarding company. Shideh Sharifi’s undergraduate educational and professional background has uniquely equipped her further to successfully represent clients in divorce cases involving complex property division, asset tracing, valuation and characterization issues.
Shideh is also experienced in the areas of criminal defense, immigration and business law, which experience has proven crucial in the handling of the more complex family law cases. Shideh believes strongly in fair, interest-based settlements in family matters. However, when necessary, Shideh’s experience in litigating complex child custody and property division divorces serve her clients well in the adversarial arena of the courthouse.
